SPIF’s General Terms of Delivery
The Swedish Plastics Industry Association (SPIF) is a trade organization that brings together Swedish companies involved in plastics manufacturing and processing. To facilitate business relations within the industry, SPIF has developed general terms of delivery. These terms can be used as a basis in contracts and include provisions concerning, among other things, delivery, liability, and payment.
